I was born and bred in Lancashire (Blackpool) but moved to the North East in 2008. I am married with a grown-up daughter (31) and a 12-year-old boy. I also have a dog, Rocco, (Cockerpoo) who is completely mad.
I have worked in government since I was 19 and currently work for HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in Human Resources, I believe the skills and experience I have gained throughout my career (and as parent) will enable me to support and challenge Rosa school to enhance the excellent education that is already in place.
I believe Rosa gives a great foundation to children and the school can only build on that and go from strength to strength.
I am looking forward to making a difference as part of the governing body at Rosa, equipping children with the tools to be well rounded individuals and to go on in their education with confidence.
Rosa school is growing and thriving and I am excited to be a part of the governing body to see what the future brings.
