Year 2 – Be a Farmer for the Day on Tuesday 7th December

OurYear 2 pupils are being challenged to create their own Farmer outfit to wear inschool on Tuesday 7th December. Here is an example of what a farmer might wear:jeans, check shirt/top, bandana and wellies. They will be taking part in arange of educational and experiential activities to embrace and develop theirlearning about farming and healthy food. Such as planting seeds and makingtheir own butter to use in a healthy sandwich that they will create! We do notexpect you to buy new costumes for this day and we would much prefer home-madeitems that have been reused. On this day the children will be wearing theircostumes all day so they can come to school wearing them.
