I joined Rosa Street in 2011 as Deputy Head Teacher. During this time I have completed my Masters in Education, gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs, through distance learning and completed my National Qualification for Headship. I thoroughly enjoy working at Rosa Street, the pupils are a pleasure to teach and I am very proud of their achievements.
My first teaching post was at Wheatley Hill Community Primary School where I worked for 6 years and was able to develop my leadership skills as I became a member of the Senior Leadership Team. I enjoyed enriching the curriculum and worked with the children on gaining the Rights Respecting School Award. I was Acting Deputy Head Teacher in that school, before I left for Rosa Street Primary.
