Our Governing Body

Our Governing Body

Governors work closely with Head Teachers, school staff and representatives from our Governor Support Service and the LA.

Governors’ Committee Structure

Cleves Cross Learning Trust structure provides for a Board of Directors that oversee the work and strategic direction of all schools in the Trust. Directors and members of the Local Governing Body of each school are represented on the Trust Board. Each school also maintains their own Local Governing Body which carries out roles designated to them under the agreed Scheme of Delegation.

You can find out more about our Governors and their roles and responsibilities by clicking the links in the table below:

How To Become A School Governor

If you require further information on the roles and responsibilities of School Governors or you are interested in becoming one at Rosa Street Primary School, please contact the school office who will forward your details onto our Governor Support, who will then get in touch.

Statutory Guidance for Governing Bodies

Rosa Street Primary School adheres to the statutory guidance from the Department for Education, together with the Articles of Association of the Cleves Cross Learning Trust, as determined by Directors. This means that our governing body observes this information when carrying out its duties relating to its constitution.
